Nutrition, weight room, functional training. Works offline, and it is yours. On iPhone and on Android.

Yes: workouts, food diary, timers, videos and charts all run with no connection. The app uses the internet in three cases only, each one your decision — buying or restoring Pro, downloading your country’s food catalogue, linking to your gym by scanning its QR code. Do none of the three and it makes no network call at all.
No. Open the app and start: no sign-up, no email, no card. There are no ads and no tracking of any kind.
No: GiFit exports a backup as a .zip file that stays yours and puts everything back where it was — diary, workouts, measurements and routines. It is the question everyone asks about an app with no account, and the answer is that the backup always exports everything, free version included.
The free version is permanent, not a timed trial, and asks for no card: log as many workouts as you like, with your own routines, all the timers, the videos and the food search. Two things are reduced in the free version and neither deletes anything — the coach follows the first three exercises of a routine, and the history shows its last 30 days; with Pro both come back in full, and the weekly volume review is added.
Yes, and that is why it exists: a food diary with barcode scanning and macros, gym routines with sets, loads and reps, and the calories burned in training folded back into the day’s budget. That usually takes two apps.
Yes: export the diary from FatSecret as a PDF or CSV, then open it in GiFit from Settings → Data → Import from FatSecret. Every day comes across, meal by meal, with calories and macros, and before anything is written the app shows you a summary to confirm. Your phone reads the file: it goes through no server. All the steps.
Yes: Tabata, EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, intervals and rest, plus circuits that combine exercises and timers, and a catalogue of WODs and functional movements with video.
Yes: the progression coach proposes loads and reps session after session and works out on its own when it is time to deload, so you do not have to decide how much to add. And the generator builds a routine from two muscle groups, your goal and how many sessions a week.
On your phone. The food diary never leaves it, in any case. If you link a gym, workouts, measurements and your name go to your trainer end-to-end encrypted — the server forwards envelopes it cannot open — and you can stop whenever you want.
Start from the demo: it is permanent, not a trial. Take as long as you like.
