Workout plan

From the spreadsheet to the app, without losing what worked

A spreadsheet and a notebook have two real strengths: they cost nothing and you write the plan your way. GiFit keeps both, and adds what a sheet cannot do while you are under the bar.

And the plan you already have?

GiFit does not read spreadsheet files: you copy the plan once, exercise by exercise, searching the catalog in English. Or you generate one from muscles, goal and sessions, and adjust it. If you come from Hevy or Strong instead, your history imports: here is how.

If a personal trainer follows you

The trainer sends the plan straight to your phone and sees how your workouts go, with no sheets going back and forth. You link up by scanning the gym's QR code.

Your plan, in your pocket

Download GiFit, write the plan once, and from the next session the loads are already there. No account, and your data stays on your phone.
