A faithful simulation of the screens, trimmed in content: 20 exercises instead of the 270+ in the real library, no printing, export or saving — it starts over on reload. It all runs in your browser: no data leaves this page.

No cost for the gym

GiFit Trainer is free: no licence, no subscription, no cap on athletes or trainers. Athletes use GiFit on their own phone, and many already do; the work happens in the desktop program, plans and cycles leave from there and land in their app, and their progress comes back on its own.

The price of the service to its members is the gym’s to set. Coaching a person, rewriting their plan every month, following their progress: that is the gym’s work, on its own price list, and it does not go through us. One thing is needed from our side, once: the signature on the gym’s identity, which is what tells the athletes’ app to trust it.

The program, though, does not wait for the form: download it now and it works in full, signed or not — clients, plans, cycles, WODs, leaderboards and athlete pairing. The signature adds one thing only: the “verified” badge the athletes’ app shows next to the gym’s name. A couple of lines below and it is on its way, no commitment and no expiry date to keep track of.

FAQ

The things we're asked most

Do I need to install anything at the gym?

No: GiFit Trainer runs on your Windows PC, whenever and wherever you want. Athletes use GiFit on their phone, which they probably already have.

Does my athletes' data end up in a cloud?

It passes through a server that cannot read it, and that isn't just a promise: routines and history are encrypted for the recipient's key, and we do not hold that key. The server sees a sealed envelope and a code, never a name, an email or a workout — the match between code and person exists only on your PC.

What if GiFit shuts down, or the server disappears?

Your management software keeps working: clients, routines, cycles and history are on your PC, not on the server. Only automatic delivery stops — routines go back to traveling as files, like before. No data is held hostage.

Can an athlete stop sharing?

Yes, whenever they want, from the app: they can pause or disconnect entirely. To be clear: it stops the future, not the past — what you've already downloaded is on your PC and stays yours, and from that moment you are the controller of that data. If they ask you to delete it, the request goes to you, not to us: we have nothing to delete.

Does the athlete have to pay to receive my routines?

They need GiFit active on their phone: linking a gym is included, not an extra to buy. Someone already using the app may already have it.

How do I get GiFit Trainer for my gym?

You download it here and install it yourself: no permission from us is needed, because there is no licence to activate. If you also want the “verified” badge, the form above (or an email to info@gifit.it) brings the file that signs your gym’s identity. If you would rather not install anything on your own, we handle the setup remotely. There is no cost involved, now or later.

What does the program cost?

Nothing. No licence, no subscription, no cut of the takings: the program is free and the members stay the gym’s. The price of the service to its members is the gym’s to set.

Can I edit a routine I've already sent?

Yes: just send it again. The updated version replaces the previous one on the athlete's phone, without creating duplicates.

Does it work for functional training too?

Yes: a WOD editor, a functional-movement library with videos and benchmark leaderboards are all included in GiFit Trainer.
